Please drain cores completely, and send to:

To receive full core credit, cores must be returned complete, without physical damage.

No core credit will be issued for broken, cracked, scored or otherwise damaged castings. There will be no core credit issued for castings with elongated mounting ears, worn ears, or excessive grooves. No core credit will be issued for cores received with broken E-Z Outs, drill bits in bleeder holes, or bleeder screws damaged by attempted drilling. Calipers Online reserves the right to make final decision regarding core credit issued.

We accept cores that were previously sleeved.
